Antwerp Art Weekend is a citywide manifestation for contemporary art in Antwerp, where art venues in and around the city join forces to celebrate and promote contemporary art. The Antwerp Art Weekend is the best way to experience the city's flourishing art scene, with a plethora of galleries, art spaces and museums to discover. Venues go all out to deliver an expanded program and extracurricular activities.
From 16-19 May, we're celebrating the 10th edition of the Antwerp Art Weekend. While we’re looking back on a decade of championing the Antwerp art scene, we’re also looking forward to a stacked program of exhibitions, events, activities, and parties, unfolding in more than 70 locations throughout the city.

Volunteers play an essential role in organizing the Antwerp Art Weekend. With their invaluable time, dedication and skills, we are able to bring the Antwerp Art Weekend to life! Would you like to make your contribution behind the scenes? And are you available one or multiple days leading up to and/or during the Antwerp Art Weekend? We can use your help with various tasks, including:
- Organize and distribute printed matter
- Assistance with transports
- Setting up and dismantling the Antwerp Art Info Point
- Welcoming visitors and answering questions at the Antwerp Art Info Point
- Overall assistance during receptions, parties and other events

Aanbod
We can offer you a volunteer fee of 41,48 euros per day, hands-on experience behind the scenes of the Antwerp Art Weekend and a limited edition tote bag in collaboration with Arte.
