The Role The Front Office Manager will be responsible for the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the building, welcoming visitors and performing reception duties. Detailed Tasks and Responsibilities • Organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the building • Reception duties (phone, mail, guest welcoming visitors, taxis reservations, transport bookings, office supplies orders, internal & external communications) • Coordination of security of the building (weekly closing schedule) • Coordination of meeting rooms preparation when needed • Taking care of staff/artist hotel bookings and travels • Relationship with the landlord and other third parties (maintenance services, providers, etc) • Challenge and improve existing procedures and ways of working, and target increased efficiency for the building maintenance

Profiel

Profile • Degree in Office Administration or similar experience (+2 years’ experience) • Fluent in Dutch, English and French • Very good communicator • Able to cope with a fast-changing environment • Pro-active, flexible, skeptical mindset and dynamic team player • Very organized, able to manage his/her time effectively • Eager to deliver high quality results • Passionate about music
