FRANCE IS BACON is een vzw in oprichting door ons — Anyuta Wiazemsky Snauwaert en Kim Snauwaert — ten behoeve van onze artistieke praktijk waarbij we ons voornamelijk focussen op de volgende activiteiten: onderzoek, experiment, ontwikkeling, productie, presentatie, distributie en promotie van kunstwerken, installaties, performances en theatervoorstellingen.

Wij zijn op zoek naar gedreven bestuursleden die willen bijdragen aan een duurzame werking van onze vzw door middel van kennisdeling vanuit eigen expertiseveld. Meer specifiek willen wij de volgende profielen en competenties binnen de RvB aanwezig hebben:
- een voor ons interessant netwerk,
- sterke affiniteit met de beeldende, podium- of transdisciplinaire kunstenveld,
- expertise in cultuur- en/of financieel management,
- boekhoudkundige kennis,
- kennis van vzw-wetgeving,
- aantoonbare betrokkenheid bij de samenleving.
Uiteraard zoeken we geen persoon die al deze kenmerken of competenties combineert. We nodigen u uit om aan te geven welke inbreng u zelf kan doen als (kandidaat)bestuurder.
We streven naar een goed evenwicht qua gender en diversiteit en willen kandidaten aanmoedigen die ons toelaten om dat doel te bereiken.

- a relevant network,
- strong affinity towards the visual, performing or transdisciplinary artsfield,
- expertise in cultural and/or financial management,
- knowledge of accountancy,
- knowledge of non-profit legislation,
- strong sense of community.
Of course we are not looking for people that combine all these characteristics or competences. We invite you to indicate which contribution you can make yourself as a (candidate) board member.
We strive for a good balance in gender and diversity and want to encourage candidates who allow us to achieve that goal.
Aanbod

De vereniging wordt bestuurd door minimaal drie bestuurders. Zij oefenen hun mandaat kosteloos uit. Het bestuur komt 2-3 keer per jaar samen.

Our non-profit organisation is managed by a board of at least three members. They exercise their mandate free of charge. The board meets 2-3 times a year.
