We are seeking a highly organized and responsible Front Desk Receptionist / Office Assistant for our office in Brussels.
- Administrative support to office management.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system, updating paperwork, maintaining documents.
- Encoding invoices and billing.
- Organize and maintain office common areas.
- Organizing travel by booking accommodations and reservations needs as required.
- Maintaining supply inventory.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Coordinating events as necessary.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
- Acting as main contact for press and marketing inquiries
- Liaise with specialist departments about incoming estimate requests.
Profiel
- Excellent communication in French, Dutch and English
- Good knowledge of Office (Outlook, Word, ...)
- Highly organized multitasker, proactive and hands on mentality.
- Discretion, communicative and attention to details.
- Positive attitude, autonomy and sense of initiative.
- Experience in working in a team and in an office environment is a plus.
