  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent online marketing/project experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years proven online marketing experience
  • Experience in building online content (video, photography, …)
  • Experience in digital project management
  • DAM/PIM experience is a plus
  • SAP, JIRA and Confluence experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, ... is a plus
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Good writing skills
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Fluency in English (Dutch or French is an asset)
  • Deadline-oriented; experience at getting projects done quickly, with high standards of quality

This is a position within our E-Commerce & Digital Marketing department. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be part of a young and dynamic Digital team and have the possibility to interact with many other departments as country teams or the Brand marketing teams.

Examples of Essential Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Creating various types of digital content customers actually need and want (pictures, videos)
  • Facilitate the content automation through a “Product Information Management” solution with IT
  • Ensure a smooth collaboration/communication between product development, e-commerce and IT
  • Identifying gaps in the online customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
  • Scope digital project requirements
  • Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
  • Improving the UX of the website and other digital channels
  • Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience
  • Ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, tone of voice and quality
  • Liaise with the products and e-commerce departments to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services
