- Arranging for shipping and storage (in Belgium, and coordination with the shipping department in Paris, CITES certificates, etc.)
- Administrative follow-up of the office in direct contact with the accounting office in Paris (follow-up on sales revenue, invoices etc.)
- Office managing (furniture, relations with external suppliers)
- Translation of marketing materials from French to Dutch
