As Artistic Coordinator you work with the Artistic Director on the artistic vision and programming of MINO ARTSPACE. This varies from exhibitions, educational programs, to residencies. Social impact and centering the aspirations of artists is key in your approach.
What will you do?
Support with researching, organizing and executing exhibitions, residencies, educational programs and other artistic projects
Support with building and practical follow up on partnerships in the arts and social field.
Working together with the Production Manager for the smooth realization of the artistic and educational program.
You keep an overview of the budget, and handle administration where necessary
Accompanying studio visits and art fairs.
Managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
Profiel
You are passionate about art.
You have strong connections in the (local) art and creative scene.
Strong communication skills, you are a great listener and a people person.
You work well-organized and independent.
You are a problem solver and flexible to changes in programs.
You are discreet and loyal.
Written and verbal Dutch and English language skills, other languages are a plus.
Good time management skills with an ability to prioritize work.
Computer literate, confident in Office and Google Workspace.
No experience required.
Aanbod

You’ll work as a freelancer for 16 hours a week. Preferably starting in February 2023.
